WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF THE GRASS IS TOO LONG ON A MAIN ROAD/MY PROPERTY THAT SHARES A MAIN ROAD?

WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?
HOA dues are usually expected to be paid and balances resolved by June of each year. System updates and available time of the HOA volunteers may change this date but all homeowners will be notified of their invoice with a reasonable due date affixed.
As of 2022 you may now remit payments online using this site or write a physical check upon receipt of your invoice to include the amount and home address.
WHO SHOULD I CONTACT FOR ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY LAKE?
If you are a new resident OR need a replacement key for the lake access point please email us.
CAN ANYONE USE THE LAKE?
Any homeowners and their guests are welcome to enjoy the beautiful 30 acre community lake.
We do ask that all homeowners clean up any trash/personal items, be courteous of one another, and respect any land/water boundaries that may be established by homes bordering the lake.
